What makes this project innovative? What was its impact?

We put in touch African & Diasporas filmmakers and Festivals between them and also with global audience, in various languages, on-demand or automatically. It is possible to write to any professional or star (through our contact form, privately without showing the email adress). Collaborative, useful, free reading, efficient, well documented and professional, we are providing the most complete information, worldwide, about African & Diaspora Films. Our role is crucial for the industry and essential for the internauts (and other databases picking our informations). Through Africine Magazine we are also training professional journalists (and students) to film criticism: 30 film critics each biannual Fespaco (Ouagadougou). We initiated Durban Talent Press with Goethe Institut and Durban FIlmFest. We are sharing our unique database with Africultures, Sudplanète, Images Francophones (professionnal website on behalf of Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie, OIF, Paris) and various national websites. Africiné Magazine is propably the hugest (Panafrican) Media from the African Continent, gathering 375 film critics from 38 pays. We are informing daily, investigating against censorship when it occurs (twice with Cameroonian Jean-Pierre Bekolo and Belgian Thierry Michel, and last March 2016 in Sierra Leone with filmmakers on trial). For the biggest cinematographic events (Cannes, Toronto, Fespaco, Carthage, Sundance, Milano, Tangiers, Durban, Cairo, Luxor, ...) our papers are the reference for analysing the African outreach and are useful for the main Medias & blogs specialists. Using Internet, we are creating datas avalaible for the entire World. We are active in social medias (twitter & facebook)
