DescriptionAs a freely distributed media brand entirely funded by advertising, Metro is always interested in new ways of monetising content without diluting its quality. We like to bring brands and audiences together. Comments is an area that is not often considered in connection with marketing. We believe giving clients the opportunity to brand their comments will give them a very useful new way of connecting directly with their customers. Branded comments will appear in a context where readers are already engaged – if a user is reading the comments on an article they're already interested in the topic. Branded comments will improve the value of the conversation, attracting more readers and keep them engaged for longer. Where a brand is subject to criticism, comments will allow it to respond directly and quickly to readers’ concerns.
