DescriptionEditora CódigoPro was created on january 2004 in Oporto to publish specialized and professional magazines. Our titles are ÓpticaPRO, DentalPRO, JoiaPRO, OftalPRO and LabPRO, and are distributed for free by post mail among opticians, dentists, jewelers, ophtalmologists and protesis technicians living in Portugal. The magazines are suported by advertising. Besides our presence in the digital world (site, facebook, apps), we want to improve online communication. The goal is to “touch” Portuguese professionals of other countries, because we know by experience that the professionals living in Africa don’t receive the magazines on their home. So, how to deliver our PROfessionals magazines in the other countries? The online bet is the biggest solution to this problem. However, we know that we can’t lose our traditional concept: the stories of our professionals. What is the solution? - Adapt the most effective articles on paper (cover interviews) to online. How? With image scenes and related captions. - Call to interaction: votes and moderated comments. - Newsletters that announce the magazines content and the readers comments. The proposed articles captures the best experience of the paper magazines, then add meaningful reader interaction which feeds meaningful newsletters, building community.
